Feeling A Little Under the Weather

I'm sitting at an adorable cafe drinking English Breakfast tea and trying to write my first real paper of the semester. My topic is Global Media Regulation, more specifically, the arguments for and against government interference, and whether or not the mass media should be able to regulate itself through professional codes and ethical standards. Yes, it is quite interesting, however, surprisingly hard for me actually write. I researched all day yesterday and found some useful articles, however, I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I still have four days until the due date, which might be a factor in my procrastination, but I'm also feeling very under the weather.

Speaking of weather, the London rain has arrived, and I'm not enjoying it as much as I had hoped. Walking two miles to school in pouring rain isn't the ideal situation, but i'll learn to cope. It's definitely a small price to pay for the possibility and excitement this city has to offer.

I'm praying I wake up tomorrow without a cough, sore throat, and body aches, and that magically, my paper is done! However, at least Health Care in London is free, a major plus one would never find in the States.

Anyways, I'm feeling like a night in with a bottle of wine and 'Love Actually.' Very soon i hope.
